Water Supply & Environment

  • The development will have storage tanks that will have at least 30 days’ supply of water on hand for each unit.
    • The development will have its own water filtration system to filter the water before it gets to each unit.
  • Central Ac – Each unit will have Centralized ac systems which will provide each room with the necessary ac Ducting.
  • Carbon Neutral development – Where we will planting trees for all those that are taken out of the development,
    • Though the site is mostly shrubs
    • We will be planting Trees such as:
      • Pimento
      • Cider
      • Mahogany
      • Mahoe
        • All these will be planted at strategic locations throughout the property with a zero-carbon footprint in mind.
          • It will also be plated in a very well landscaped manor to ensure that the property comes off as appealing.
